Prize will be drawn at 9:00am on Monday the 16th August 2021.

The prize winner will be notified by phone and announced on our Social Media channels.

The prize is to be collected from Lions Hearing Clinic, located at 1 Salvado Road, SUBIACO within 30 days.

If the prize is not claimed within 30 days the raffle will be redrawn.

Entrants must complete a the Raffle entry form and complete a free hearing check to enter the prize draw; or, if unable to complete the free hearing check on the day, agree to attend a Lions Hearing Clinic for a free Hearing Screening.
