Hearing Awareness Week

Ear Science Institute Australia is dedicated to improving the quality of life of people in the community who have ear, hearing and balance disorders. This is achieved through our clinical services and research as well as a variety of rural outreach programs, medical training sessions, educational lectures and events such as Hearing Awareness Week. Ear Science Institute Austrlia warmly invites you to attend our free events celebrating Hearing Awareness Week. 
Free Hearing Tests
On Tuesday the 23rd of August receive a Free Hearing Test through the Lions Hearing Bus located outside Ear Science Institute Australia from 10 am – 1pm. 
When is it Time to Address Your Hearing? 
Join us on Wednesday the 24th of August for an informational lecture on how and when to improve your hearing. Running from 10 am – 12 pm an the Ear Science Institute Australia, this lecture explains the impact of untreated hearing loss and the process to improving hearing. To attend please call 1800 054 667.
Cochlear Implant Support Evening 
On Wednesday the 24th of August attend our Cochlear Implant Support Evening showcasing the personal stories of cochlear implant recipients. Hosted at the Ear Science Institute Australia, please join us for a night supporting those with cochlear implants and those in the process of receiving a cochlear implant. The night runs from 6 pm – 8 pm and light snacks and drinks will be provided. To attend please call 1300 847 080.
Lions Hearing Clinic at the Hearing Awareness Exhibition
Visit our friendly Audiologists for a Free Hearing Test at the Lions Hearing Clinic stall in the Hearing Awareness Exhibition. Occuring on Saturday the 27th of August from 10 am – 3 pm the exhibition is located at the Wembley Community Centre, 36 Dodd Street, Wembley.
